Both parties are expected to sign non-disclosure agreements prior to the collaboration. This allows Perpetro to work seamlessly with your organisation and provides you with reassurances should you choose to include us in your client briefings. It should be noted that Perpetro does not have any geographic boundaries. For meetings that require our presence, we are usually invited into the meeting via Skype or by other digital means.

The partnership workflow

Client Requirement

Brief is provided by the client or client manager for creative or web services. A Solutions Specialist from Perpetro will be assigned to work with you and your client directly without compromising your company’s identity.

Quotation

Perpetro raises a quotation for your organisation, outlining its objectives within a detailed report. You present your quotation to your client using Perpetro's agreed mark-up.

Secure Project

The project is secured by your client with an agreed deposit value, time-scale, and a series of milestone payments. It will also define the obligations of all parties involved in the project.

Project Materials

Perpetro will be supplied with all necessary project materials within an agreed time-scale either directly from the client or through your client manager. On receipt of this material, Perpetro will commence with the project.

Initial Creative

For all creative services Perpetro will begin work on and provide initial creative as digital proofs. If Perpetro is developing a web project, a private test server will be created ready for testing. A username and password will be provided to you.

Proofing / Testing

Continuous proofing and testing will be provided for review throoughout the agreed project timelines. Most amendments are made during this phase. For development, this will also include programming alterations.

Finals / Launch

Once completed, all associated creative files, artwork, code, and database files are provided to you. Web projects are migrated to a live server. Any copyrights belonging to Perpetro are released on final receipt of payment.

After Sales

For all web projects, Perpetro maintains persistent after-sales support. We also offer a significant number of value-added services that can enrich your client's online exposure.

What personal data does Perpetro collect?

In general, you can visit Perpetro on the Internet without telling us who you are or giving any personal information about yourself. However, when you enquire about, order, evaluate or start using our products or services, you may be required to provide personal data such as your name, company position, address, telephone number, mobile number, fax number, email address, credit card details and age.
